We love our adopters here at UCHS! That's why we love to brag when our animals find their perfect home. The pictures you're seeing are of just a few of our happy adopters each with their adopted UCHS animal. We do a lot to help the animals that we can, but without the wonderful families that take them in, we wouldn't be able to do the work that we do. So we would just like to say thank you to all of our wonderful adopters. We're wishing you all a wonderful and happy life with your new family members!
All About Adoption
Adopting a pet is a huge responsibility, and there's a lot to consider before taking an animal home. We are prepared to assist you in any way we can to make your and your new pet's transition as easy as possible. We want to help you find a pet that would fit best into your lifestyle and find a home in which our animals feel comfortable. If you are unsure about adoption or if you have any questions concerning adoption, pet care, the responsibilities of owning a pet, or anything else that would make the process easier on you please feel free to talk to us by clicking the "Contact Us" tab above, messaging us on Facebook at "Union County MS Needs A Humane Society", or E-mailing us at email@example.com. How Do I Know If It's The Right Fit?
The best way to make sure that a new pet is right for you is to really get to know them first. We recommend fostering your potential new family member first to get to know them. We allow our adopters to have plenty of time to decide whether the animal they want is right for their family or not. We do not want anyone to adopt an animal that doesn't fit well into their lifestyle, and we most certainly don't want any of our adopted animals to be returned because the owner jumped into their decision too soon. Adopting an animal is an important decision, so we urge you to choose your new family member wisely.
